The hotel had fantastic service and amenities despite some drawbacks. the staff was welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. the rooms were cozy and luxurious, with a nice alpine style design and a good shower. the facilities were also great, including a good restaurant and a charming kids club. the location was perfect for exploring the area , the hotel had ski, in/ski, out access and a shuttle service to take us anywhere easily.
There were some areas for improvement. the hotel's food was not consistently good, with some dishes being better than others.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa center, make for a truly lavish experience. the service is top-notch, with staff fulfilling every need and surpassing expectations.
The only minor issue was the location, which was slightly far from the ski slopes. the hotel provided a shuttle service that made up for the distance.

This hotel offers superb service and unforgettable moments. the location is exceptional; you can ski straight down the mountain to the hotel. the ski room staff provides excellent service. the spa facilities and pool are perfect after a long day on the slopes. the rooms are clean, and the view is gorgeous. the Nespresso machine in the room and coffee capsules make it convenient to enjoy fantastic coffee.
The restaurant could add more fresh vegetables and cheese options during breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, with everything spick and span. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was one of the best aspects of my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided transportation, and the location next to the cable car made it easy to get around.

This hotel made my Christmas holiday so special. The delicious food and cozy atmosphere were the best aspects. The location was also perfect, close to the ski slopes and local shops. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, as well as the spa.
The prices for some food items were quite high. It would have been nice if there were more affordable options available.
